The What’s Next Program
Grounded in research, our program provides a structured process, practical tools and a shared language for understanding where you are, what may be changing and how to begin shaping what comes next.
The What’s Next Program brings The Perennial Career Framework® to life for professionals navigating a moment of career transition.
Our approach is based on the belief that career transition is not something people should have to navigate alone. Participants join a carefully curated global, co-ed cohort of accomplished peers who are asking similar questions. Expert facilitation creates a trusted space for honest reflection, peer-to-peer learning and shared sense-making. Over time, participants test their thinking, learn from one another and benefit from the support and accountability of the group.
The program is designed to lead to two outcomes above all: greater clarity and meaningful community. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of their next steps, a stronger language for making sense of their transition and a trusted peer group that has accompanied them through the process. You join individually, but you leave with a support group and a community.

Speaking Engagements
Through keynotes, panels, executive roundtables, and conferences, What's Next brings the missing perspective of workspan into the longevity conversation.
The future of longer lives cannot be discussed without the future of work. As life expectancy continues to increase, the assumptions that have shaped careers, workplaces, and retirement are being fundamentally challenged. Yet conversations around longevity still focus largely on health and finance, leaving workspan—the years we spend learning, working, contributing, and reinventing ourselves—largely unexplored.
We speak at the intersection of longevity, the future of work, leadership, and career reinvention, translating global research into practical insights for organizations, institutions, and professional communities. Whether addressing business leaders, HR professionals, policymakers, or individuals navigating longer careers, our talks are designed to spark new thinking, challenge outdated assumptions, and help audiences prepare for a future in which careers are no longer linear—and working lives are likely to span 60 years or more.
